Remember the photo I took last week? This shot is from the opposite side of the fountain and basin. From there, we have a great view on three Boston towers. On the left, the Prudential tower, in the center, the high rise tower “111 Huntington Avenue” recently built in 2002, and on the right, the Scientist Church administration building.

I had no idea that the church administration building would be so big!!! I guess the higher the building the closer to God?

No,the church of Scientist has no connection with the controversial church of Scientology, established by the late L.Ron Hubbard (convicted of fraud in France in 1978) and critized for its pseudo-scientific practices.

Great question Sam...I just presumed that the Scientist Church was the Scientologists as well. I was particularly interested in the facts you posted about L.Ron Hubbard and France Alex. I could never figure out why the French were not just opposed to the church, but very much against anything to do with them. You learn something every day!
